Who has been locking pages on the wiki?

I've noticed a large number of pages in the wiki have been locked for edit. The reason why a left the ability to do so is that I assume good intentions of the wiki users. Please if you feel like some page you are maintaining need to be locked, at least lat me know (for whom doesn't undestand what I'm talking about please ignore this post).

I want to make a new page for Squirrel JIT.
And I want to join wiki user, to submit new acount, occars server error "Server Error '/' Application.".

Let the wiki editable, please...

You don't need to login to create a new page. Just double click on it and edit.
